Job Description We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. As an Events Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and successfully, providing exceptional service to clients and guests alike. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social events.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
• Manage event registration processes and maintain attendee databases.
• Create and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of events are delivered as planned.
• Support on-site event coordination, including setup, registration, and breakdown.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or assistance is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software is a plus.
