Catenary is redefining life with cats through aesthetic and problem-solving furniture design, and as we expand rapidly, we're looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing key operational, administrative, and customer-facing functions. This role is essential in keeping everything running smoothly as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage low-level email inquiries with efficiency & excellence.
🔹 Track expenses, inventory data, and key operational metrics for scaling.
🔹 Manage administrative orders processing.
🔹 Drive research and data entry to enable strategic decision-making.
🔹 Own meeting scheduling and travel for CEO during rapid growth.
