Job Description

Part-time hybrid/remote role for an Executive Office Administrator at In-wear Co-operation. The role involves performing administrative assistance tasks, managing office documents, handling communication with Executives, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration. Working from home is acceptable. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications:

  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with office work
  • Administrative coordination, Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with a good follow up skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Business acumen

monthly Salary PLAN , Starting on from the first pay period, It is a new position within the company, You'll be reporting directly to our Admin manager and you're expected to virtual training with the head of admin manager
