Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded team in a beautiful downtown Dallas office. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside two Managing Directors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a significant impact.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage competing demands. You should be someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of service and is proactive in solving problems. Your ability to anticipate needs and keep everything organized will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

In this role, you will handle complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and assist with key projects, all while fostering effective communication across the team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a group that values precision, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to Managing Directors, managing travel, meetings, and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project management.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met with attention to detail.
  • Oversee expense management and assist in coordinating small team events.
  • Maintain clear communication within the team to drive efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

This position is onsite 5x a week in Downtown Dallas. We have a highly competitive salary range at 80-90K plus a strong bonus and 100% paid benefits.
