  • Act as the CEO’s gatekeeper for all correspondence, including email, phone calls, and digital communications.
  • Potential travel, including international, may be required for special projects or events.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly (e.g., Egnyte).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and respond to high-stakes situations with poise and sound judgment.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Strong alignment with a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
