We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform (Testnet launching in September) and WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide. 

THE ROLE: EXPERT COSMOS BLOCKCHAIN LEAD DEVELOPER OR ARCHITECT

We're seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with a deep understanding of Golang and the Cosmos SDK to join our team as a part-time Co-Founder. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced, seasoned co-founders who have spearheaded numerous successful national and international ventures. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in building and evolving our revolutionary blockchain-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Architecture Development: Lead design and development (Cosmos SDK) for Cosmos blockchain, netowrk and ecosystem for a blockchain on the Cosmos SDK, utilizing CometBFT (Tendermint) - Testnet Launching in September
• Development: Work with the team to create innovative third-party services that integrate with the blockchain, expanding its core capabilities.
• Feature Ideation: Conceptualize and implement groundbreaking features, striking a balance between exceptional user experience and technical sophistication.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with blockchain technologies.
• Cosmos Expertise: At least 2 years of in-depth development experience using the Cosmos SDK and Layer 1.
• Golang Mastery: 2 or more years of professional development experience with fullstack programming, especially Golang and Microservices.
• Blockchain Track Record: Demonstrable experience with the complete blockchain development lifecycle, including at least one project deployed in production (testnet or mainnet).

Compensation:

• Equity-based compensation as a part-time co-founder
• Ample Token allocations in the Autheo Layer-1 Blockchain
• Once raise funding salary will be there.
