Job Description

Waialae Country Club has an opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Worker at our exclusive, beachside Club; Home of the Sony Open!

Job Duties:

Maintains and makes general repairs to plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, elevators, ventilation systems, pool, and building structures around the club.
Conducts repairs to plumbing such as leaking pipes, faucets and clogs.
Installs tile and drywall; makes grouting repairs; patches walls.
Performs routine preventative maintenance.
Administers pest control.
Contacts outside vendors or contractors as assigned.
Picks up supplies offsite.
Performs as back-up for parking attendants and locker attendants.
Other duties as assigned.

Typical shift is 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience related to building maintenance and/or construction (carpentry, painting, etc.) or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Driver's License.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Starting Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00 per hour depending on experience.
