Key Responsibilities:
• Handle divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and adoption cases
• Draft pleadings, research case law, and manage discovery timelines
• Represent clients in hearings, conferences, and trials
• Maintain regular communication with clients and meet response standards
• Manage multiple active cases while maintaining strict deadlines and billing requirements
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions

Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar (in good standing)
• Prior experience in family law litigation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

• High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters
