Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven company that is dedicated to improving customer outcomes through data-driven decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operational and financial leadership on key reporting and analytics functions that drive business strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in financial reporting or modeling, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support operations finance teams with reporting and analysis related to expense variance, new site performance, labor productivity, and other key performance metrics
  • Prepare reports, build presentations, and support internal teams with insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support cross-functional business units and executive leadership
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting initiatives
  • Contribute to automating reporting and analytical processes using tools like Excel and BI platforms
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to improve accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational reporting
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure work complies with internal policies
  • Occasional travel may be required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Decision Sciences, or related analytical discipline (strongly preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a financial analyst or related role; healthcare or high-paced industry experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation, etc.)
  • Experience with financial modeling and understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Planful) is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
