Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the flight
• Respond to passenger needs and inquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Serve meals and beverages while attending to dietary preferences
• Collect and manage passenger feedback to enhance service quality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills in your native language; proficiency in English is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations effectively
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
