Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers during flights.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to passengers.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers in a friendly manner.
• Assist passengers with any inquiries or special requests during the flight.
• Manage in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle stressful situations.
