Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all passengers
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes
• Serve food and beverages, catering to special dietary requirements
• Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Provide emergency assistance and first-aid as needed

Requirements

• Fluency in your native language is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Physically fit to perform the duties of the role, including standing for extended periods
