Job Title: Receptionist (Temp to Hire)

Location: Tulsa, OK

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and pleasant Receptionist to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a clear speaking voice, be computer literate, and possess a friendly, outgoing personality. This role involves performing general office duties, light clerical tasks, and providing backup support for a 10-line phone system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and light clerical tasks.
  • Provide backup support for answering a 10-line phone system.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Energetic and pleasant outgoing personality.
  • Clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
