Full-Time Personal Assistant – Be the CEO’s Right Hand at Work and at Home

We’re a celebrity-backed global media and marketing powerhouse with TV shows on Amazon Prime, and clients such as Floyd Mayweather, Daymond John, Carmen Electra, WWE stars, and other household names. Our mission? Build the Netflix for Entrepreneurs—binge-worthy shows, viral content, and brands that dominate online.

We move fast, push boundaries, and expect high performance from everyone on our team. Now, we’re looking for a Proactive, Fast-Moving, High-IQ Personal Assistant to support our CEO full-time — both in the office and at his home — to keep business and life running smoothly.

The Role

This isn’t just “sit at a desk and answer emails.” You’ll be the go-to problem solver for all the critical details that keep a high-performing CEO and company operating at the highest level.

You will:

In the Office (approx. 4 hours/day):

  • Tidy and organize the office daily to a high standard.
  • Keep our 5 studios clean and organized, with a weekly deep clean.
  • Handle Amazon returns, packages, deliveries, and moving boxes as needed.
  • Restock supplies and keep fridges filled.
  • Assist with basic admin tasks — filing, scanning, organizing.
  • Support event setup, vendors, and anything else that comes up.
  • Handle flight bookings and travel arrangements for the CEO.

At the CEO’s Home (the remainder of your day):

  • Keep the home clean, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Handle laundry and clothing care.
  • Cook and/or assist with simple, healthy meals (basic meal prep included).
  • Run errands (groceries, returns, appointments, etc.).
  • Take ownership of household needs so the CEO can stay focused on business.

Must-Haves

  • Reliable vehicle — mileage reimbursed at IRS standard.
  • Proactive problem-solver — you don’t wait, you anticipate.
  • Fast-moving & efficient — slow doesn’t cut it.
  • High IQ & attention to detail — nothing slips through.
  • Trustworthy & reliable — handling both company and personal matters.
  • Able to lift/carry items when needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with both office tasks and household duties.

Hours & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full Time
  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Location: Office + CEO’s Home (Miami South Beach)
