Job Description

Position Summary:

The Mullings Group is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the creation of marketing and business development materials across digital and print formats. This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong design portfolio while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a library of branded graphics with data-driven content for business development
• Design branded assets, including LinkedIn banners, Zoom backgrounds, and business cards
• Update and organize brand asset libraries (icons, templates, typography styles)
• Adapt and resize creative assets for various platforms and formats
• Assist with the design of PDFs, marketing collateral, and occasional logo updates
• Support the creation of digital and print advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with content goals

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with data-driven content
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
