Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and operations . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience engaging with doctor clinics, medical offices, and healthcare facilities, and a strong understanding of insurance claim workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clinics, physicians, and healthcare providers to onboard
• Educate healthcare providers on services, equipment usage, patient onboarding, and reimbursement benefits
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and support for medical practices
• Navigate and manage insurance claims processing, coding, and billing related to services
• Identify growth opportunities within the healthcare network and provide strategic feedback
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years experience working in or with doctor clinics, hospitals, or healthcare service providers
• Prior experience with Monitoring programs, equipment, or telehealth systems
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance claim workflows (CPT codes, billing procedures, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel locally or to other states to healthcare facilities if needed

Preferred:

• Experience with CMS RPM reimbursement policies
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare software tools
• Background in healthcare sales, account management, or medical device coordination
