The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in all business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. Collaborates with leaders in the business to create and implement new strategies, training programs, development initiatives, and other organizational improvements.
The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the company’s financial position, its plans, culture, and competition.
