Scope of Position:

As the Human Resources leader you will serve as a key member of the leadership team and responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that align with the organization’s mission, operational goals, and values.

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Human Resources leader will provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent optimization, while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. This individual will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is desired, or a minimum of 7 years progressive experience in HR in lieu of degree is acceptable.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting or leading lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, influence senior leaders, and implement HR strategies that drive business performance.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Compensation / Benefits :

  • Base salary range up to $150,000 per year, depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
