Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to manage their HR generalists, employee relations, compliance, training, and development. Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through open communication
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to drive improvements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Manage workplace investigations and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Oversee performance review processes, including goal setting and feedback
  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs
  • Partner with leadership to create career growth opportunities and succession plans
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics
  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making and policy improvements
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Organize employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction
  • Support leadership in strengthening company culture and values
  • Work closely with Payroll & Benefits teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with business goals
  • Collaborate with the Safety team to maintain a compliant and secure workplace



Human Resources Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A strategic mindset, with a people-first approach and a passion for workplace culture
