Role Snapshot:
🔹 Perform air and water testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) on HVAC systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
🔹 Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to execute TAB procedures accurately.
🔹 Utilize industry-standard equipment and tools to collect, record, and report system performance data.
🔹 Prepare detailed TAB reports for engineers, contractors, and building owners.
🔹 Collaborate with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and commissioning agents onsite.
🔹 Troubleshoot and diagnose system performance issues.
What You Bring:
✔ 1+ years of experience performing TAB services in commercial HVAC environments.
✔Certification or working knowledge of one or more of the following:
✔ NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau).
✔ AABC (Associated Air Balance Council).
✔Familiarity with HVAC system components, air handling units, VAVs, terminal boxes, and duct systems.
✔Strong attention to detail with the ability to document and communicate findings clearly.
