What You’ll Do:
- Support clients with daily living skills through exercises and education under the guidance of a licensed OT
- Collaborate with caregivers to ensure continuity between visits
- Deliver personalized care that empowers individuals to live more safely and independently at home
- Maintain thorough documentation in an electronic charting system
Qualifications:
- Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passion for client-focused rehabilitation and working directly in the home
