Job Title: Industrial Electrician 

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Job Type: 10hr shifts 

Compensation: 25-30/hr. (depends on experience)  

Position Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and machinery mainly in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and machinery in the food industry
• Perform regular electrical maintenance and repairs on machinery and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, including the use of electrical blueprints and schematics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs
• Install and commission electrical machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automated production lines
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completed apprenticeship or technical school training program for Industrial Electrician
• Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repairs
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, Motor Controls, Robotics and high-voltage equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Flexible hours and ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
• Knowledge of food safety and compliance regulations
