Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM ( some overtime may be required )

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join a Catoosa-based facility. The Industrial Painter will prepare, coat, and finish a variety of metal parts and components in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to follow paint specifications, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, grinding, and masking
Apply primers, enamels, and other industrial coatings using spray guns and equipment
Mix paints and coatings to proper ratios and specifications
Inspect work to ensure high-quality finish and coverage
Follow shop instructions, paint specs, and all safety guidelines
Maintain paint booth, tools, and equipment in good working order
Assist with material handling and related shop duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous industrial painting experience required
Knowledge of paint mixing, prep, and application techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Willingness to wear PPE and comply with safety procedures
Physical Demands & Safety
The Industrial Painter role is considered safety-sensitive and requires strict adherence to PPE policies and safe work practices. Candidates should be comfortable working around paints, chemicals, and spray equipment.
