Inside Sales Representative

Monday–Friday | 1:00pm – 8:00pm
Earning Potential: $55,000–$80,000 annually (Base + Commissions + Bonuses)

Now, we’re looking for a people-person with a passion for closing deals to join us as an Inside Sales Representative at our Houston office. If you're a motivated communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the thrill of helping customers say “yes,” this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with homeowners interested in roofing, remodeling, and home improvement services
• Follow up on warm leads and support our field sales team by setting appointments and helping move deals forward
• Build trust and educate customers on our products and services
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and collaborate across departments
• Consistently hit weekly sales goals with the support of your manager and team

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence talking to people on the phone—outbound or inbound
• A competitive spirit and a desire to win as a team
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’ll train the right attitude!
