What You’ll Do:

• Manage insurance coverage litigation matters from start to finish.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues related to coverage disputes.
• Draft coverage opinions, letters, and briefs for litigation.
• Develop and execute effective resolution strategies.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring top-notch service.
• Meet all court and internal deadlines with efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance coverage is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Federal court experience and judicial clerkship experience are a plus.

Compensation:

• Salary Range : $115,000 - $190,000 USD (based on experience).
• Eligible for discretionary bonuses.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
