Pay Range: $24 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractors will assist with wire investigation cases while automations are created to lower the volume of work needed.
• They will focus on tracking wires, investigating transfers, and correcting.
• They will need to Manage their case load, this includes investigating, running needed entries and communicating with clients as needed.
• They will also need to sign off on the SWIFT messages they receive for their cases.
• They will mostly work independently but attend teams' meetings etc. with a team of about 10 others. Will have to connect with customers on a daily basis via phone.
• Will need to be able to multitask and prioritize to complete tasks as they will work in multiple systems that they will be trained in.
• They will be expected to meet goals later on during role, but not in first month of working independently.
• Our experienced investigators are expected to get 450 points per month (case types are assigned a point value based on complexity).
• The contractors will be focusing on quick kills within a month or two we would want them to be closing 200-300 cases a month.
• Training will be done by manager and leads and will work with approvers and customers on a daily basis.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Data entry, Swift and / or wire transfer experience, QA
• Basic Outlook and Microsoft office experience
• HS Diploma
• Organizational Skills
• Skills showing details oriented
• Detail Oriented
• Multi-tasking
• 10-Key
• Swift and/or Wire Experience a plus but not necessary
• QA experience
• Data entry experience
• Something showing efficiency due to using multiple systems so multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• Quick learner
• Hogan or NSP/Copestar experience is a plus.
• Swift and / or wire experience.
