Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position will be based out of our Parsippany, NJ.
Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25.00 per hour.
Provide Accounting and Finance support, in terms of Account review, reconciliation, and analysis to the NA Accounting team. This would include a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets balancing and reporting with the General Ledger, in accordance with the monthly close cycle. Candidate would take direction from those in the North America General Accounting team who close the books monthly for TCO and are responsible for 6 legal entities and also provide global support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist on Account discrepancies/variances period over period, balance sheet and P&L and analyze and provide details where possible
- Assist the intercompany team with manual billings and settlements across all markets. Run and post monthly reports and reconciliations. Liaison with the international markets on variances and clean up
- Provide support to the North America Accounting and Fixed Assets/ Leasing Managers to help close the books for the monthly deadlines could include updating/posting of balances, generating reports, and investigating variances as required
- Ad hoc/ as required special projects to help Accounting move forward in their corporate and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Post HS education focusing in Accounting and or Finance
Preferred:
• Aspiring to pursue a CPA post Bachelor's degree
