Job Description

Immediate need for a talented IT Business Analyst. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across business lines to gather and challenge data inputs
  • Produce regular reports on risk, performance, and operational metrics
  • Aggregate, reconcile, and simplify complex data for various audiences
  • Respond to senior leadership requests with accurate and timely analysis
  • Improve and automate reporting routines and processes

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Risk Reporting, Excel (VBA), Tableau/MicroStrategy, Analytics, SQL
  • Strong Excel (VBA), SQL, and MS Office skills
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with data reconciliation, manipulation, and presentation
  • Business acumen in financial services or technology functions
