Become a key player as a Junior Product Manager: We are looking for someone to help us define the future of customer product experiences across Adobe's Digital Media portfolio. In this meaningful role, you will engage with cross-functional teams across every step in the customer journey working to ensure we launch new products with best-in-class experiences while also driving improvement to existing ones among Adobe's biggest flagship products.

Heres how youll make an impact on the team: - Support development of key personas and customer journeys by mapping flows and diagnosing performance issues.
- Assist in journey mapping and benchmarking internal and external workflows to identify best practices.
- Gather and analyze data to determine the size and impact of journey changes.
- Collaborate with design teams to obtain and integrate the latest designs.
- Conduct research and gather data from various sources to support senior product managers in decision-making.
- Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and drive action across the organization.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role: - Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of creative/design tools and processes. Experience with Figma and Adobe creative tools a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. 1-3 years of experience in related field.
Pay Range: $58.00 - $63.96/hour
