We are seeking a Project Manager to support one of our key telecom clients by maintaining continuity in testing coordination and lab operations. This role requires an immediate start and involves serving as a liaison and ensuring smooth operations in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client's internal security/product teams.
  • Coordinate tester onboarding, lab access logistics, and device scheduling.
  • Track penetration testing progress, budgets, and accruals; provide regular reporting.
  • Facilitate or support scoping sessions, readouts, and weekly sync calls.
  • Document processes and metrics using tools like Confluence and Excel; identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain flexibility for on-site support approximately 2 days per week at the Atlanta lab (specific days may vary based on testing activity).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in project or program management within a technical or security environment (e.g., penetration testing, QA, engineering).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments and cross-functional coordination (engineering, GRC, product security).
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or similar preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of penetration testing processes and security frameworks (preferred).
  • Proficiency with project management tools and documentation platforms (Confluence, Excel preferred).

Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package

Contract position with a hybrid schedule (on-site approx. 2 days/week).
