Key Job Responsibilities
Conduct routine and non-routine testing in accordance with established procedures and protocols
Accurately document testing activities following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Support qualification, validation and revalidation of critical systems and equipment under supervision
Assist in developing and updating operating procedures to maintain compliance with GDP, and Environmental Health Safety (EHS) standards
Perform scheduled calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment
Manage chemical inventory, including receiving and tracking chemicals, samples, and supplies
Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment aligned with 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) principles, including glassware cleaning and chemical waste management
Initiate and support laboratory investigations, providing recommendations for managerial review
Prepare data summaries, reports, and protocols using standardized templates; review and approve basic laboratory data
Train and mentor junior technicians, assess techniques, and provide constructive feedback
Perform other duties as assigned

Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English: reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Extensive knowledge of laboratory operations, including chemical handling and safety practices
Experienced in regulated environments such as cleanroom manufacturing and laboratories
Solid mathematical proficiency (algebra at a minimum), including decimals, percentages, and unit conversions
Committed to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Good Laboratory Practices and/or Good Manufacturing Practices
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledgeable in GMP and GDP within medical device and pharmaceutical settings
Maintains a clean, efficient, and organized 6S work environment
Collaborative team member with a proactive and respectful approach to feedback
Adheres to EHS policies and actively implements measures to prevent injury, protect the environment, and reduce pollution
