Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for reputable clients to establish good relationships with business decisions and identify customers’ needs and challenges. Primary focus is on maximizing client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all existing clients and building relationship with new clients within assigned territory.
  • Accelerate the coordination of efforts needed to develop services contracts and drive internal senior management to obtain wins and concentrate on service accounts.
  • Acting as the liaison between the company and select clients, ensuring that all clients questions, concerns, or request, are relayed to the appropriate individual or department and managed through to conclusion.
  • Must communicate effectively across our industry and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
  • Must have ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and activities for specified accounts.
  • Networking and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Handling Customer Liaison & Account Management.
  • Managing the companies Reliability Sales Cycle - Planning, developing, and executing sales strategies, to meet regional budgets.
  • Travel on a regular basis through assigned territory to support clients needs and understand their objectives.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information relating to current client projects and delivery.

Required Skills /Abilities:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, Power point, ERP systems using Aspire and Sales Force.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently to minimal supervision.
