What We are Looking For: We are seeking a Landscape Project Manager with a strong background in construction management and sales. Ideally, you will also have experience in landscaping design and construction, bringing a well-rounded skillset to the role. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Prepare landscaping bids for residential and commercial clients and develop new business opportunities by seeking out new clients through referrals, calls and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and track progress against targets.
• Lead client meetings, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Landscape Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management and sales.
• Knowledge of landscaping design and construction (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of plants and landscaping materials (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Possess or be able to acquire a DOT health card.
• Reliably commute or relocate to Bemidji before starting work.
