We are looking forward to you joining our Platform Engineering Team.

Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

We are looking for Engineers who can

• Design and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka, Java, and AWS Lambda
• Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
• Own infrastructure as code using Terraform for scalable, repeatable deployments
• Develop and manage monitoring and logging solutions using Datadog, Splunk, ELK
• Lead automated testing integration across delivery pipelines
• Implement and maintain high-performance UNIX-based environments
• Architect secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services: ECS, S3, VPC, Lambda
• Automate deployment and operational tasks to increase agility and system resilience
• Drive the SRE strategy: on-call, incident response, post-mortems, system tuning
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define best practices for Kafka, microservices, and asynchronous processing
• Champion the adoption of DevSecOps across product lines
• Prioritize tasks, manage Jira roadmaps, and document technical workflows

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of backend engineering with Java and UNIX/Linux environments
• 5+ years leading DevOps/SRE initiatives in cloud-native, event-driven systems
• Strong experience with Kafka and event-streaming architectures
• Expertise with Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, ECS, Lambda, PCF
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, observability, automated testing, and site reliability
• Startup or high-growth team experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communicator with prior leadership (Eng. Mgr, Dir, or C-suite level)
• Must be based in or able to commute to NYC 2 days/week
• Experience with Marinates / Docker internals
• Background in building systems for finance, trading, or transactional domains
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and Postgres
