Duties and Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a self motivated personal injury legal assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. This role requires a "people person” who acts with a sense of urgency. The legal assistant will be responsible for requesting and organizing medical records and bills, lost wage information, and other related documents and information. The legal assistant will be responsible for making weekly update phone calls to clients, telephone, in-person, and electronic communication with clients and other legal professionals, organizing documents, scheduling client and other appointments, administrative assistance, maintaining contact lists, and other tasks as assigned by the attorney. No experience is necessary.
