The Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional service and therapeutic treatments to our guests. You will deliver a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual needs, enhancing relaxation and well-being. If you have a passion for wellness and enjoy helping others on their journey to better health, this is a wonderful opportunity to join our team in a serene and rejuvenating environment.
Where You Can Make an Impact:
· Provide various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized modalities based on guest preferences and health conditions.
· Assess guest needs and customize treatments to deliver a superior wellness experience.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and massage equipment.
· Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the session.
· Collaborate with other spa staff to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
· Recommend appropriate spa services and retail products to enhance the guest's wellness journey.
· Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to offer cutting-edge treatments.
Requirements:Education/Formal Training :
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· State licensure in massage therapy required.
Experience :
· 2+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a resort or spa environment.
Knowledge/Skills :
· Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
· Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
