Job Description

Clinical Research Nurse

Location: Statesville, NC | Employment Type: Full-Time

TalentCraft Life Sciences is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a dynamic research team conducting clinical trials. This role involves direct patient care, regulatory compliance, and data collection to ensure the safety and well-being of trial participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care, including phlebotomy, vital sign monitoring, and participant education.
  • Screen, recruit, and enroll study participants while managing scheduling, protocol-related procedures, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct health assessments, monitor adverse events, and report findings to investigators.
  • Administer study treatments and interventions as directed, within the scope of licensure.
  • Oversee the use and documentation of investigational products.
  • Assist with IRB submissions, protocol updates, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital, clinic, and sponsor policies.
  • Train new site staff on study-specific procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of employment.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Certification in Clinical Research Coordination (CCRC) preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a clinical or research setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical trials, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data entry.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
