We are searching for a Contract Line Producer for our outdoor lifestyle and apparel client. In this position you will be the heartbeat of photo and video shoots—owning logistics from pre-production through wrap. You’ll lead all on-the-ground operations, coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure a smooth execution whether in studio or on location. There may be some travel involved. As Line Producer, you will:

• Collaborate with project leads and creative teams to deliver production needs across retail, eCommerce, social, and digital channels
• Build production schedules and call sheets, manage budgets, and ensure timelines are met
• Hire and manage crews, secure locations, and oversee shoot logistics including permits, catering, equipment, and transportation
• Own the on-set experience—ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on budget
• Handle post-production wrap, vendor payments, and expense tracking
• Act as the main point of contact between creative, production, and post-production teams
• Provide real-time problem-solving and support throughout the shoot lifecycle

Who we’re searching for / About you:

• You have 3+ years of photo and/or video production experience, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• You’re confident managing crews, budgets, and logistics, and comfortable working in both studio and remote locations
• You thrive under pressure and are quick to troubleshoot unexpected challenges
• You're a detail-obsessed planner and a confident, clear communicator
• You’ve worked across commercial and editorial productions and understand the nuances of both
• Proficiency with tools like Movie Magic, StudioBinder, Excel, Wrike, and Figma is a plus
• Flexibility to travel (up to 50%) and work long hours during production windows is required
