3rd Shift Logistics Coordinator

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday Overnight Shift: Midnight- 8am

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate time-sensitive shipments (hot-shot, expedite, truckload)

• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers

• Bid on freight and negotiate rates

• Track and trace shipments via our logistics tech stack

• Ensure 100% accuracy using our Transportation Management System

• Build strong relationships with customers and drivers

• Problem-solve in real-time to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Freight brokerage experience is a plus (not required)

• Strong computer and Microsoft Outlook skills

• Excellent communicator and confident negotiator

• Detail-oriented multitasker with a calm, get-it-done mindset

• Self-starter who thrives in a team environment
