Location: Bow, NH

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Available

6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Mon-Fri. or 2:30p-1am, Mon-Thurs

Pay: $20-28/hr DOE

Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate roll forming machines and other machines to produce metal framing to specification
• Maintain setup charts and perform tooling changeovers
• Adjust equipment to ensure dimensional tolerances and product quality
• Conduct routine maintenance and log all service performed
• Train team members in basic roll form operations
• Use band saws, drills, grinders, gauges, and material handling devices
• Fill out coil tags accurately to support inventory tracking
• Inspect finished goods for quality, width, and length
• Operate all equipment under strict safety protocols

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting
• Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures
• Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
• Pre-employment physical required
