We are seeking an administrative assistant to the operations manager of a local manufacturer. We are looking for a candidate that has excellent communication skills and is highly organized. A background in manufacturing production is highly preferred. Excellent MS EXCEL skills and overall computer and administrative skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the general manager with administrative duties
Invoicing
Purchasing
Shipping and Receiving
Document Control
Other Clerical and Administrative duties
Required Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
Data Entry skills
Must be very knowledgeable in MS EXCEL
Experience navigating customer portals
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
MUST have experience working in a manufacturing or production facility and knowledge of electronic industry preferred!
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly office environment preferred
Organized
Degree is preferred
