About the Company - We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns. As a Marketing Director, you'll be expected to demonstrate strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, managing a team of marketing specialists while working closely with key stakeholders.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals and drive engagement across various channels.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to achieve targeted outcomes and KPIs.
• Oversee channel activations, ensuring effective communication of marketing messages across multiple platforms.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Build and manage partnerships with external organizations and influencers to enhance brand visibility and expand reach.
• Analyze performance data and generate comprehensive reports, offering insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.

Qualifications -

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role or a similar position
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful advertisements
• Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies
• Experience with budget processes in a marketing context
• Proven experience in campaign planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
