Marketing Manager — Wine & Spirits

Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for premium Wine & Spirits brands? An award-winning, global company is expanding their marketing team and seeking a Marketing Manager to play a key role in building one of their fastest-growing brands.

This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic, global marketing and communications team.

About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic, culturally-savvy marketer who understands how to blend social media, influencer partnerships, brand activations, and PR into powerful, consumer-driven campaigns. You’ll help shape brand stories, drive market engagement, and deliver authentic, high-impact programs that fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and roll out marketing programs that drive brand visibility and consumer connection.
• Lead social media strategy and content planning to boost follower growth and engagement across key platforms.
• Build and nurture influencer relationships to create buzzworthy content that aligns with brand values.
• Plan and host activations, events, and experiences with VIPs, artists, and tastemakers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, sales, content creation, and merchandising teams.
• Create compelling sales tools like sizzle reels, decks, and marketing materials to support field efforts.
• Analyze and report on campaign and influencer performance to optimize results.
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities that further elevate the brand’s cultural relevance.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in Wine & Spirits or premium consumer goods.
• Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns across social, influencer, digital, and PR channels.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for culture, music, and trendspotting — a sharp eye for what’s new and next.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of collaboration.
• Experience working with celebrity partnerships and luxury/lifestyle brands is a plus.
