First American Resources is a manufacturing company located in Mableton Georgia. We specialize in producing pre-painted aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel. Department Overview:

The Shipping & Receiving material handler is responsible for loading and unloading all inbound and out bound shipments. Staging coils & paint drums in racks & floor areas.

Job Duties:

• Unload and record receipt of First American Resources owned metal, perform ISO inspection process, and stage metal in secure area within warehouse.
• Unload and record receipt of all paint according to ISO procedure.
• Unload and record receipt of customer owned metal and all other inbound shipments and stage in secure area within warehouse.
• Pull, stage, load, and record all outbound shipments, including but not limited to finished goods, hazardous materials, returns, etc. and documents the log of such actions.
• Maintain warehouse storage areas in a secure and orderly manner.
• Coordinate with the Shipping& Receiving Supervisor to receive daily shipping and receiving priorities and develop a daily schedule.
• Provide training and guidance with special shipments and related procedures to new associates.
