Job Description

Our client, a leading innovator in the medical device industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for healthcare and technology to represent cutting-edge products that make a real impact in patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in medical sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including hospitals, clinics, and physician practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and outpatient centers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procurement teams
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical support
  • Analyze territory performance and develop strategic action plans to drive growth
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, life sciences, or related field)
  • 2+ years of successful medical sales experience(GI or Pulmonary preferred)
  • Strong clinical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex medical concepts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
