Position Overview

The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in building and scaling Spero Solutions’ internal team. This individual will focus on recruiting top former military talent for internal positions, including Technical Recruiters , Business Development Managers , and other key roles within our operations team . You will help shape the Talent Acquisition function and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement best practices for talent acquisition.
  • Represent Spero Solutions’ brand and values in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and Engineering staffing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruiting former military personnel (preferred) .
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet hiring deadlines and objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
