We are looking for a talented motion designer with a passion for football to join our Player Skin Cards team. Collaborating closely with the Art Lead, Game Designer, and the entire team, you’ll create cutting-edge motion graphics for player card designs, while staying on top of industry trends to ensure our content meets AAA standards.
Responsibilities:
Create rendered footage, visual compositions, and animations of 2D graphics for player card backgrounds, based on concept art or textual descriptions.
Adapt existing concepts created in Photoshop for animation in After Effects and Spine.
Work with text graphics, ensuring smooth integration into motion design.
Develop quick animation concepts, brainstorm creative ideas, and finalize designs from draft concepts.
Use stock footage and assets to craft dynamic, visually stunning animations.
Collaborate with development and marketing teams to ensure animations align with artistic and marketing objectives.
Proficient in motion design using Photoshop, After Effects, and Spine.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals and typography.
Keen sense of style and artistic taste to deliver high-quality visual materials.
Awareness of current trends and the ability to adapt them to project requirements.
Ability to quickly visualize ideas, adapt them, and bring them to life.
Effective communication skills, openness to constructive criticism, and the ability to justify visual decisions.
Basic understanding of football and sports.
Presentation skills for showcasing how animations will perform on target platforms.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with trends in the sports/football industry.
Basic marketing knowledge and an understanding of how animations can enhance product visibility.
Experience in game development and familiarity with production processes.
Experience working in 3D.
Knowledge of Figma.
