Movement Specialist and Personal Trainer

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent preferred)
• Passion for Training All Levels of Clients – Ability to coach general fitness clients, professionals, weekend warriors, and high-level athletes
• Experience in Strength & Conditioning or Athletic Performance (Preferred but Not Required)
• Soft Tissue Experience
• Knowledge of Movement Science & Biomechanics: This is NOT a "big box gym" personal training job
• Ability to Coach Both Strength & Functional Training: We focus on performance, injury prevention, and longevity
• Experience with Recovery & Mobility Techniques (or willingness to learn – cupping, red light therapy, compression, etc.)
• Strong Coaching & Communication Skills: Must be able to connect with clients and build long-term training relationships
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A coach who wants to grow a business and help expand DAO Strength

Position Details:

• Contract role: Work when clients are scheduled
• Expected hours: 15-30 per week (with potential to grow into a full-time leadership role)
