Compensation :
- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $33
- Maximum Rate Per Hour: $48
Available Shifts:
- Days (Weekends): 12-hour shifts, full-time
- Shift Schedule: Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Summary:
Join our team as an MRI Tech. This full-time weekend position offers an alternative schedule, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will perform high-quality MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of imaging. Essential Functions:
- Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET principles, explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, adjusting immobilization devices and equipment controls as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control policies, and radiation safety standards.
- Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition and reporting any issues to management.
- Document patient information, procedures, and imaging records in compliance with departmental policies and standards.
- Provide first aid when necessary and maintain a calm demeanor under stress.
- Serve as a preceptor for new team members, providing training on procedures and equipment.

Qualifications :
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) or Radiography (ARRT-R), or by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT).
