Job Description

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 to 7 years in Multifamily renovation construction.

How you will contribute :

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets and construction schedules.
• Inspect worksites.
• Determine material, subcontractor and labor requirements.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate and direct all on-site activities of employees, sub-contractors, craftsmen, tradesmen and vendors to ensure that companies goals and standards are met.
• Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget.
• Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates, establish operations, follow local building codes, means and methods.
• Identify, investigate and select local subcontractors and vendors.

Our Requirements:

• Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in ProCore preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent organizational skills
• High sense of urgency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractors
• High integrity
• Authoritative and resourceful decision maker
• Resourceful and creative problem solver
